Fixes

Features & Fixes Details

Added Meter Number for Utilities​

For Utilities that require a meter number, this field can be turned on/off in the Utility Manager UI. This field is requested in the different enrollment channels such as web enrollments, quick enrollments and Sales imports.

The Meter Number field can be

  • Hidden: Not requested or used at all.

  • Required: The field is displayed and it’s mandatory to fill it.

  • Visible but not required: Optional.

After adjusting these settings, the meter number field is added to the different enrollment processes across the system such as Web Enrollments:

The Sales Importer template now includes a column for the Meter Number:

Improved logic for manual submissions to the billing system​

The Require Manual Submit To Billing System setting at the utility level prevents an enrollment from being submitted to the billing system whenever a process such as deposits, recurring billing or verification need to happen first.

This means that an agent must wait for a deposit to be paid or the verification to take place when attempting to submit these enrollments.

OpsAdmin now takes into account that the agent attempted to submit the prospect and saves this action as a Manually approved enrollment. 

To speed up this process and to avoid having to do a manual submission, the On Hold UI includes the option "Approve and Submit to Billing System to do these two processes in one single step.

The "Deposit amount" column was removed and the "Manual Approval Pending" column was added to show the corresponding approval status. The UI also has an option to filter based on the approval status.

The Enrollment Details screen now shows an integrated option for these scenarios: Approve and submit to the Billing System. It also displays if the enrollment has been manually approved.
